Race & Ethnicity Code Change Project
The Office of Institutional Analytics (OIA) is located in the Provost’s Office, but serves the entire university. OIA acts as a clearinghouse for data about UNM. Many requests for information about UNM, both external (e.g., the legislature, the public, outside agencies) and internal (e.g., the Executive Cabinet, Provost, Deans, faculty applying for grants) are handled by OIA. We either have the data or know who does. In addition to providing data, we often engage in special studies, surveys, and analyses to support University evaluation and promote understanding of the issues.
